Introduction to the strange case of an OVERqualified Italian!!!

Please, read before complaining!


I know. I really know that it would be better if I were so wise not to write in English. But, unfortunately, the fact that I’m one of the most brilliant person you’ve ever met, doesn’t necessarily make me wise too.

This is the reason that pushes me towards that solution according to which I understood that if I wanted to become a famous writer, no matter the subject, I would have been writing in English to make Canadians understand what resourceful genius I am.

If someone had told me that I would have been living in Canada, no doubt, now things would be pretty different. First of all, I wouldn’t have spent too much time to do all my best to make Italians figure out how open-minded and brave I was. Moreover - If only I had known! - I wouldn’t have spent my spare time (most of the time due to the economical situation in the South of Italy) to improve my Italian writing skills.

However, never say never, I’m young enough to improve my capability without bother you. What I want you to know now is that, thanks to your precious help and collaboration, I will improve my language skills while providing you a good dose of humour through the extravagant adventure of a New Millennium Italian Immigrant.

It’s a pity that you couldn’t hear my accent...maybe it would be funnier. However, to better understand please, think of the Sopranos or the Godfather and that’s it!
